If vacuuming, be sure to use a soft or brush tip. Although fabric is resistant to fading, avoid direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent fading. Keep fabric furniture at least 12 away from heat source. Just as with any upholstery, fabric can become stained if spills are not cleaned up immediately. Absorb wet stains, scrape off solids and don't go against the grain, wash with an ordinary detergent and water.
