This is an antique fireside wing back armchair. An English, leather buttoned lounge chair dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910. Traditional appeal to this charming fireside chair, with deep proportion. Displays a desirable, lightly time worn patina from careful use.

Gently aged crimson leather with a deeply buttoned finish. Comfortably stuffed in the classic manner, offering an inviting place to rest. Classic wing back form with pronounced ears, ideal for keeping the fireside heat at bay. Superb Chesterfield-style back with diamond pleats to back and broad wings. Tall, rolled arms ensconce in a delightful manner, accentuated with press stud trimming.

Raised upon a quartet of square section legs, gently splayed to rear and crafted from beech.
