The legs do have a few scuffs to them and there is one tiny thread pull to the one arm (please have a good look at the pictures). Soft and fluffy fabric texture.

Cleaning instruction - Can be cleaned - don't use strong cleaning products. The chair measures 88cm high x 71cm wide x 86cm deep approx with a seat height of 39cm and seat depth is 50cm. The Footstool measures 52cm x 34cm x 36cm high approx. These are in very good strong and solid condition.
